White River ring 10mm
£165
The river flows, carving a route from its source in the mountains, the stream being naturally filtered by the limestone bedrock. This keeps the waters crystal clear and led to it being called White River.
Jamaica is a very mountainous island with nearly half of it being 300m above sea level. The central chain of mountains runs like a backbone, east to west along the middle of the island with other ranges spurring off. The flow and roll of the metal in this piece, with all its unpredictability mimics the flow of water and signifies its preciousness.
Heavily textured heat flowed metal with an engraved channel detail. A heavyweight, substantial ring in solid sterling silver and 10mm wide.
