White River oxidised

In contrast the White River ring has been oxidised black, like a vein running through the landscape. 

Jamaica is a very mountainous island with nearly half of it being 300m above sea level. The central chain of mountains runs like a backbone, east to west along the middle of the island with other ranges spurring off. 

Heavily textured heat flowed metal with an engraved channel detail. The flow and roll of the metal with its unpredictability mimics the flow of water and signifies its preciousness.
